Do customers get upset about convenience fees?
No - customers likely will not have an issue with a convenience fee for using a credit card at the time of checkout. The credit card industry has changed so much over the years and most credit card users prefer to use a credit card to earn points, cash back, or similar. The incentives from card brands are more valuable to them than the small convenience fee they pay extra to use a credit card at your business.
Can I switch between plans?
All of our pricing options are interchangeable and can be switched at any time with no penalties at the end of a calendar month.
